Taylor, who turns 18 (and legal) in Feb 11th, is partying it up for his birthday week!He spent Super Bowl Sunday at the Super bowl with Colts fan Rob Lowe. Both love the Colts, and as an added bonus, Rob Lowe's wife is a huge Twilight Fan!
