TMZ got video of Ashley Greene leaving Katsuya. While the actress was leaving the Japanese Restaurant, an accident occurred across the street. The woman who caused the crash was arrested moments after the accident. It appears from the video there were no major injuries. They are still working on some of the details as the story developes.
